The System Basic Idea:

1. The UHF long distance reader: The reader is responsible reading the number of windshield tag. and pass the number to control board.
2. Windshield tag: it's pasted on car window as car/person unique ID.
3. Access Control Board: it will decide if the tag is a valid tag or not, then release relay output to open door/gate/barrier. Also implement a lot of powerful access control feature. For example, "who" can enter which door at certain time".
4. Power supply box: It provide power to the controller, it's steel box, also as cabinet for the controller.

Long Range Reader Introduction:

The UHF RFID Middle Range Reader is a high performance UHF integrated reader .Based on proprietary efficient digital signal processing algorithm, it supports fast tag read/write operation with high identification rate. It can be widely applied in many RFID application systems such as logistics, access control( Door Control, Car control .etc.) , and anti-counterfeit and industrial production process, control system.

Loop Installation Guide 1. The detector should be installed in a waterproof housing as close to the loop as possible. 2. The loop and feeder should be made from insulated copper wire with a minimum cross-sectional area of  1.5mm2 . The feeder should be twisted with at least 20 turns per metre. Joints in the wire are not  recommended and must be soldered and made waterproof. Faulty joints could lead to incorrect operation of  the detector. Feeders which may pick up electrical noise should use screened cable, with the screen earthed  at the detector. 3. The loop should be either square or rectangular in shape with a minimum distance of 1 metre between  opposite sides. Normally 3 turns of wire are used in the loop.
