Process materials

Bottom anti-dip strip

In areas with heavy rain, the gates are often easily immersed in water containing acidic and viscous materials, causing the cabinet to be damaged by corrosion and rust. JUTAI barrier gates are intimately provided with anti-dip strips, which greatly increases the product servicing life.


Multi-gate control can be built-in 485 protocol module

JUTAI is equipped with RS485 interface and English software, which can realize simultaneous control of 16 units boom gates by the software


Anti-collision boom

The existing road barrier gate are prone to bending when facing the accidental ram of the vehicle, and even the boom arm is broken, causing great damage to the vehicle and the gate. JUTAI automatic boom gates are equipped with anti-collision arm. When receiving the impulse generated by the impact of the vehicle, the brakes will quickly bounce back to prevent the car from breaking and will not damage the motor.


Double protection against damage

JUTAI also provides infrared photocell beam sensors and vehicle loop detectors for anti-smashing vehicles.

Environmental adaptability

Special antifreeze oil, the motor can still work normally at -40 degrees. When the temperature reaches +75 degrees or more, JUTAI gate Motor has thermal protection function and can still work normally.

Loop Installation Guide 1. The detector should be installed in a waterproof housing as close to the loop as possible. 2. The loop and feeder should be made from insulated copper wire with a minimum cross-sectional area of  1.5mm2 . The feeder should be twisted with at least 20 turns per metre. Joints in the wire are not  recommended and must be soldered and made waterproof. Faulty joints could lead to incorrect operation of  the detector. Feeders which may pick up electrical noise should use screened cable, with the screen earthed  at the detector. 3.
